Visiting Great Day Live for Great Cause, the Dona O'Sullivan Fund to Fight Homelessness

The Hounds are proud to support the Dona O'Sullivan Fund to Fight Homelessness.

Dona was an indefatigable fighter for social and economic justice. She understood that education and professional development are essential if front-line workers and managers are to furnish effective service and advocacy.

The Dona O'Sullivan Fund raises funds that enable social workers to take advantage of educational opportunities.

Earlier today, the Hounds joined Maria Price, Executive Director of the St. John Center for Homeless Men (she's also a board member with the Fund) to share information about the Fund's annual fundraiser, which occurs Monday September 17 at Flanagan's Ale House.

Flanagan's donates proceeds from the entire day's food sales to the Fund (they open at 11 am, so drop by for lunch).

The Hounds will supply music on the Patio from 6-9 pm.  But this is a rain or shine event; we'll move inside if Hurricane Florence sends rain our way.

Flanagan's Ale House is at 934 Baxter Avenue.

Join us!

Here's a link to today's Great Day Live interview and our performance of John McCutcheon's "Y'All Means All," a great song about diversity and inclusion - and true Southern values.
